Footwork & Agility/Strength & Conditioning Class

This training class will push players to the limits physical and mentally! This program features a series of drills, exercises, and workouts which will help athletes develop muscle, strength and stability. The risk for injury is greatly increased if strength training is neglected. This is why it is just as equally important for players to be incredibly well conditioned.

We also put players through footwork/agility drills and stations to increase their speed and stamina.
